Points & Rewards rules

The Decorfood Italy loyalty programme allows registered customers, both individuals and businesses, to earn points and redeem them for discounts on eligible products. This page describes the rules currently applied on the website. Updated: 10 September 2026.

Earning points

Purchases earn 10 points for each euro of product price, including VAT. Points are calculated per product, rounded down and multiplied by the quantity purchased. Shipping charges and additional fees do not earn points. Sale products can also earn points.

Purchase points are credited when the system records payment completion, not simply when an order is placed. Coupon discounts reduce the points awarded. An order using redeemed points does not earn new purchase points. Check your account history for the points actually credited.

Active bonuses

No bonuses are currently active for birthdays, reviews, newsletter subscriptions, referrals, order counts or spending milestones. Crediting purchases made before registration depends on their association with the new account and the system’s recovery process; it does not award already credited points a second time.

Redeeming points

The active conversion is 100,000 points for a 10% discount on the value of eligible products. The points discount is capped at 10% per order; a higher balance does not increase this percentage. A usable balance below 100,000 points does not reach the redemption threshold. A conversion of 100 points into 1 euro is not active.

Sign in and add products to your cart. When your balance and products meet the requirements, the system is configured to apply the points discount automatically. Check the discount line in the order summary before confirming your order. Points are not a code to enter in the coupon field. Used or expired points cannot be redeemed again.

Example: 100,000 usable points on 100 euros of fully eligible products provide a 10 euro discount; shipping charges and additional fees remain separate.

Exclusions and other discounts

Expiry and email reminders

Unused points expire 360 days after they are earned. The programme setting describes this as 12 months, calculated as twelve 30-day periods, not a 365-day calendar year.

Each points credit has its own earning date. New purchases or visits do not extend the validity of previously earned points. Expiry removes the unused points associated with expired credits, not automatically the entire balance.

An email reminder 30 days before expiry is enabled and addressed to the email associated with your account. Keep your email address up to date and check your spam folder. The expiry date still applies if the message is not read or delivered.

Cancellations and refunds

The system provides for removal of points earned on cancelled orders and adjustment of points relating to refunded purchases. Refunding an order does not automatically restore points already redeemed. Contact Decorfood Italy with your order number to check a specific case or an incorrect points transaction. These provisions describe points handling and do not change your return or refund rights under the terms of sale.

Shareable coupons

The points area includes a function for converting points into a shareable coupon. Before confirming, check the points required and the value offered by this function, which is separate from automatic cart redemption. Converted points are deducted from your balance. Generated coupons are valid for 360 days from creation; refer to the expiry date shown on the coupon.
