The Birth of Decorfood Italy Srl

 

 

Decorfood Italy Srl was founded in 2004 from an idea of award-winning international chef Fabio Tacchella. With an extraordinary career, Tacchella was honored in 2000 by the Accademia della Cucina Italiana as best chef of the year and won four Olympic Medals. Author of two of the most popular cookbooks and a food consultant for RAI, Tacchella brought his vast experience and passion for cooking to this innovative project. The first product launched, Carta Fata, is still a benchmark in the market, a symbol of innovation and quality.

Fabio Tacchella is not only a cook, but also a sculptor, inventor and writer. His ability to integrate these passions is reflected in the kitchen, where his flair finds expression through the invention of innovative cooking tools and systems, all of which are covered by patents. This approach has enabled Tacchella to reach new heights in Italian catering, always seeking refinement and innovation. His training at the Hotelier Institute in Bardolino del Garda and influences from prominent chefs such as Giorgio Gioco helped form his personal and innovative style.
