How the Points & Rewards Program Works

1. Earn Points with your Purchases

For every euro spent, you will receive 10 points automatically in your account. 💰 Example:

  • If you spend €50, you earn 500 points.
  • If you spend €100, you earn 1,000 points.

Points are awarded immediately after completing your order and will be visible in your user profile.

2. Turn your Points into Discounts

You can convert the points accumulated into percentage discounts on the cart total.

  • 50,000 points = 5% discount
  • 60,000 points = 6% discount
  • 70,000 points = 7% discount
  • 80,000 points = 8% discount
  • 90,000 points = 9% discount
  • 100,000 points = 10% discount (maximum discount available)

💡 You can redeem your points at any time, even with a number of less than 100,000, getting the corresponding discount.

3. How to Use Points

Once you have accumulated the necessary points, you can apply them directly in the cart or during checkout. ✅ Steps to redeem points:

  1. Add the desired products to your cart.
  2. Go to checkout and select the “Use your points” option.
  3. Indicate how many points you want to use and get the discount immediately!

4. Validity and Expiry of Points

The points accumulated are valid for 12 months from the date of credit. If not used within this period, they will automatically expire and cannot be recovered. 👉 Monitor your points balance in your user area so you don’t miss any savings opportunities!

5. How to Earn Extra Points

In addition to purchases, you can accumulate extra points with these simple actions: 🎉 Welcome Bonus:

  • 50 points for each daily login.

6. Terms and Conditions

  • Points are personal and non-transferable.
  • They cannot be converted into cash.
  • The maximum discount that can be obtained with points is 10% on the total cart.
