Freeze-dried chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius), also known as chanterelles or yellows, are precious wild mushrooms, hand-picked in the woods and subjected to a delicate freeze-drying process that preserves intact aroma, taste and nutritional properties.

The freeze-drying, free of additives or preservatives, maintains the original structure and flavor of the mushroom, making it ideal for rehydration and used as fresh in numerous culinary preparations: risottos, pastas, soups, side dishes or meat-based main courses.

How to use:
With a golden color and fruity aroma, excellent with white meats and eggs. For use, it is recommended to let chanterelles soak in warm water for about 20-30 minutes. The rehydration water, if filtered, can be used as an aromatic broth.

100% chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius)

Net weight:
30 g (equivalent to about 300 g of fresh product)

Preservation:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture. Close the jar tightly after use. 5-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
