EASY DECOR DOSAGE

BASIC DOUGH:

• Ingredients: 100 g Easy Decor + 75 g liquid part (water, white or red wine, broth, carbonated beer, fruit or vegetable centrifuge, juice, water in syrup at 30% sugar, etc.)
• Preparation: Place the powder in the cutter, add the liquid part all at once and mix for 1 minute. The dough must be smooth and homogeneous.

SWEET DOUGH:

• Ingredients: Basic dough + 5-7 g of sweet part (sugar, honey, erythritol, isomalt, etc.)

SAVORY DOUGH:

• Ingredients: Basic dough + 1.5 g of salt
