Except for the exceptions indicated below, in the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, for concrete hygienic reasons, sealed Products and, in any case, Food Products whose guarantee in terms of hygiene ceases to exist with the opening of the primary package, are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal. In practice, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the Buyer opens, as the case may be, the seal (if any) or the primary packaging.
Without prejudice to the exclusion just indicated, the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal and related shipment of the products must be made by the consumer Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The notice of withdrawal must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product(s ) for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase. Decorfood Italy Srl will immediately notify the Consumer Buyer of a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the purchase procedure on the website, of the withdrawal exercised. The Buyer is required to ship the products within 14 days from the date on which he/she communicated his/her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Return costs will be borne solely by the Buyer. For purchases made within www.decorfooditaly.it, the products purchased must be sent to the Seller’s address unless otherwise indicated by the Decorfood Italy Srl Customer Service.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
Decorfood Italy Srl will refund the entire amount paid (excluding return costs) by the consumer Buyer, using the same payment method used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. The Seller shall refund to the Buyer the full amount already paid for the Products within 14 days of receipt of the Products or of the Buyer’s demonstration that the Products have been shipped, whichever occurs first. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Decorfood Italy Srl will eliminate any benefit related to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a result of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g. discount coupons). The Purchaser is only liable for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the Products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code. This means that, if the Buyer uses the Products in such a way as to damage them or make them unsellable or, in any case, decrease their value, he retains the right to withdraw from the contract, but will be required to pay fair compensation, which may be offset against the amount due by way of reimbursement.
