Methods of Preparation
For best results:
- Dissolve in Aqueous Solution: Add Iota to your preparation in aqueous solution at room temperature.
- Heat to 80°C and Allow to Gel: Bring the solution to 80°C and let it gel to achieve a perfect consistency.
Use and Recommended Dosage
- Moderate use in food preparations is recommended.
- Maximum recommended dose: 10g/kg for certain foods.
