WASHING AND MAINTENANCE PRECAUTIONS At the end of the smoking process, remove the filter and run ethyl alcohol for food use, or distillates such as brandy, cognac, whiskey, grappa, pouring them from the burner support cup and only from above let them flow from the liquid drain tap. After the alcohol has been completely drained, keep the machine on empty to dry any alcohol residues. After use, Smoky should be stored vertically. Before using it again, make sure that the copper tube is free of any residue from previous smoking. If there is encrustation from smoking residues, it is advisable to remove the copper tube from the machine and wash with normal degreasing detergents.
