- 600g potatoes (4 large)
- 200g of fresh ricotta
- 90g of grated Grana Reggiano
- 1g chopped parsley
- 10g shelled pine nuts
- 60g of Taggiasca olives
- 2g fresh basil
- 30g butter
- 4 sheets of Fairy Paper (36×36 cm)

Procedure:
- Preparation of the potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half keeping the skin. Scoop out the center slightly to create the space needed for the filling.
- Preparation of the filling: Mix the ricotta with the Grana Reggiano, pine nuts, parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff the potatoes with this mixture, adding the olives and a basil leaf.
