These bags are an evolution of the classic format, retaining all the features and adding the benefits of vacuum cooking and food browning. A wide range of recipes, such as the classic foil, can be made with Fata Paper®. To prepare a delicious foil, you will need carrot strips, zucchini noodles, a slice of salmon, a fillet of mullet, mussels, clams, a prawn, cherry tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. If you love flavorings, add fresh parsley and olive oil. Lay the ingredients in a Fairy Bag and close with a String. Cook the foil in a frying pan, oven, microwave or on the griddle for about 20 minutes at 200°C. This method is ideal for meat, fish or even vegetarian dishes such as vegetables and eggs. Fairy Bags can be used for simple and tasty preparations, preserving the flavors and nutrients of the ingredients, providing a healthy and delicious dining experience.
